Village development Inc. is the largest rental real estate developer in Milton Ontario. Village developments Inc. is a family-run corporation headed by longtime Milton resident Paul Debattista. Paul has been working in the construction and real estate development fields since 1988. Buying large Victorian houses in downtown Toronto renovating them and turning them into rental properties. He later moved on to work for large builders like Nick Cortiluchi, Meyer and Norm Godfrey and Avi Singer building subdivisions with over 1200 homes built in Scarborough, Mississauga and in Milton.
Paul’s positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and visionary leadership have steered him to his current success.
